The tyre on the rear of the electric bike takes the form of a 20″ diameter and 3″ wide moulding fitted around an 18 inch alloy rim. Watch the video below to learn more about this very unique electric bike that is capable of reaching speeds of up to 20 mph or 35 km an hour with a range of 35+ miles. Its creator Allan Rosenberg explains a little more.

“We could start by telling You the long story about how, what and why, but we believe that pictures and videos are much better. Moreover, we believe that making things happen is more important than idealizing Your word documents – at least that is how we made Chop-E.

Chop-E is an awesome electric two-wheeler with a unique design and the coolest ever feeling from riding it. It is a very fine combination of custom parts and designs combined with off-the-shelf products. Now, to begin, we suggest that You check out the video, because it will give You a slight hint of the emotions You get while riding the Chop-E.”

*though this is not the first prototype in the picture, well, and the first picture is from 3rd of April :) - this is to be perfectly clear and honest ;)

The Chop-E Electric Bike project is currently over on the Kickstarter crowd funding website looking to raise $100,000 in pledges to go into manufacture. So if you think Chop-E is something you would enjoy riding, visit the Kickstarter website now to make a pledge from $4,499 and help the Chop-E Electric Bike become a reality
